While employed at Cengage Learning, I provided content management, prototype development for cengage.com, including editing and .NET component integration, and change/release management through the JIRA ticket system for the Comergent-based Ecommerce platform for ichapters.com and other business segments (serviceplus.cengage.com, estore.cengage.com, etc.). Contributing to the iChapters Usability Summit, 2007 in Belmont, California – rapid prototyping, heuristic / usability reviews with college and adult education students – was also a responsibility, along with display advertising art direction, design and production and for iChapters online media programs.
