Life Cycle of a Candidate
Human Resources (HR) strategically partners with other Business Units to achieve goals and ultimately drive Company growth. Their key areas of concentration include developing winning business and organization strategies; the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent. As program manager for this area within VCD, I represented the interests of HR's Life Cycle of a Candidate, which included developing various online and print collateral. I designed the look and feel of the intranet Web site, developed the site, and provided content and asset management for the candidate acquisition life cycle phases.
