A strategic process is the proving ground for many great ideas.

You can't get ahead if you don't have a master plan with some solid contingency plans.

This P&G business unit is the face to the goblal business unit leaders, operating as the Marketing Development Organization, helping them drive out non-value-added costs and instill innovation and speed in getting products to market.

Organization Brochure
From the beginning, this project was a research challenge. I interviewed key business stakeholders, researched existing material, collaborated with cross-functional team leaders, and even art directed the organization's Vice President for the casual portrait in the welcome section.

I partnered with Ruttle Design Group on the brochure deisng, wrote virtually all the copy, and following several presentations to key thought leaders within the P&G Corporate Function, was pleased that our concept was accepted. One innovative aspect of this concept was to request from selected business unit leaders their recommendations of key representatives from their group to showcase in the section, which I called A Day in the Life.

Due to the sensitivity of the information, I can not share the entire project, but the brochure cover should help you understand the overall look and feel.
